How the math works
Players per round
4 courts × 4 players = 16 on court each round, so 13 sit out. Sit-outs rotate so nobody sits twice before everyone has sat once.
Even stops
29 players on 4 courts never line up perfectly, so games per player differ by at most one.
Time estimate
Rally scoring to 11 takes about 12 minutes plus 2 minutes to rotate. 12 rounds ≈ 2h 48m. Side-out scoring adds about 30%.
